We are pleased to announce that we were among the first to successfully convert land use rights into ownership right for the privatisation entity, PI Panonka doo Beograd, in accordance with the latest amendments to the Planning and Building Act. This achievement was made possible through effective collaboration with the Ministry of Construction, Transport, and Infrastructure, as well as the Real Estate Cadastre Office in Sombor.
Our colleagues at Injac | Ilic provided active support in transforming 25 hectares of urban construction land in Sombor’s industrial zone. This area is expected to gain prominence due to the upcoming construction of the Backi Breg – Nakovo highway, which is anticipated to create favorable conditions for the accelerated growth of cities along its future route.
